• What justifies the hypothesis on theoretical and/or empirical grounds? (In other words, what is the connection
to a broader theory?)
• End specific: What is your hypothesis?
• What is the population of interest?
• How are the specific measures/scales we’re using relevant to the to the hypotheses we’re testing? (cite the
articles assoc. with the scales)
