Employers expect graduates from the College of Business at University of Illinois to have a set of skills including 1) excellent communication (both oral and written), 2) teamwork, 3) leadership, 4) analytical, 5) adaptability, and 6) flexibility. These skills are also critical to your success in the MSTM program. Consider the MSTM program as your “employer” for the next year and tell us in your 500 (approximately) word essay what you've done to demonstrate these skills and why we should hire you. For example, write about a situation in which you applied one or more of the skills listed above.
