Project 1 • You have been given the task of overseeing a project. You might wish to identify a specific type of project if you wish but the focus is on the principles of scope management and how you would interpret those and apply them. You have been given very clear guidelines as to the desired outcomes but, other than the fact that the management wants the process to be an open one with consent from stakeholders, as to the approach you are able to guide it in any way you wish.
