There are many “apps” out there for mobile phones. First, locate 2 apps that might be useful to an employee in the HIM Department.
Give an overview of these 2 apps. Next, locate one app that would be useful to a patient to monitor their own health. Does this app
integrate with the EHR or produce information that can be utilized by a provider to monitor the patient’s progress? How would you
use this app to educate a patient about their health?
