Balancing leadership, management, and team-work

  Here are the questions you will want to address at a minimum in your reflection paper: What did you learn in this course, and how will you use that knowledge in the future (use specific examples of what you worked on during the project) How did you use the knowledge gained in the St. Edward's MBA program to work with your colleagues and with the client (or not as a team) to complete the deliverables What was easy for you to do on the project, and why; what was difficulty for you to do on the project, and why What technology did you (not another team member) utilize on the project, and how did you (not another team member) use it to complete the deliverables How would you rate (good, blah, poor) the communication amongst your team members (including client team members), and how could the communication been improved What do you wish you had known before starting the project (e.g. what did you leave out of the engagement letter that you wish should have been included in the letter; a better status report template, smaller team, larger team, etc.)
