Building a Graduate Profile

    Kay defines a graduate profile as “...a document that a school or district uses to specify the cognitive, personal, and interpersonal competencies that students should have when they graduate.” (2017) Typically, this would occur as a collaborative project, with input from a variety of stakeholders. For the purposes of this assignment, however, you are asked to independently create the following: A one-page graduate profile for the Savannah Chatham County Public School System district. A brief (1-2 paragraph) justification for why you chose the selected elements for your profile. (please include on the second page of the same document) Since I am at the elementary level, please approach this assignment based on what you would like to see for all students graduating from high school in Savannah, Ga. You may find it helpful to refer back to the community profile data that is attached, as this will provide some context for the lived experiences and opportunities for those in the community.
