My lecturer gave us a guide towards it.He said it is a case study.
Below is my draft ,just to give you an idea of what he want if it will help.
The case study might be focus around the elderly people or young people .Why the hospital want to find out young people alcohol issues that makes them to visit the
Hospital often.
if there is anything going on in their live (health care consequences).
Their relationship history i.e what is happening in their life.
All the information gather will help inform THE CARE PLAN.
example for case study
using young or elderly people as case study(you can chose anyone that you can find/research more information on.)
Title of what am writing about
Talk about anything happening in the life of the service users that is affecting them during Assessment.
QUESTION 2
Mention theorist and modules(holistic module approach of needs e.g Donald Gouh)
produce the assessment of their needs.
Empower /support the service users.
gather relevant information and help them to come out from the situation they are confronted with.
