Analytics Program: There is tremendous potential for analytics to help us meet the goals of the triple aim (Berwick, unit 1). If you are assigned to establish an analytics program (either at your current organization, or at an organization you might work for in the future) describe the steps you would take to establish the program and build analytic capabilities in the organization.
