in 2010, Mr Richards formed a business, selling customised cars to wealthy clients. Mr Richards owns and manages the business and makes all important business decisions Aside from his knowledge of the car industry.Mr Richards is also an expert racing driver and works as the Chief Test Driver of his business with responsibility to test-drive the cars it sells to make sure that they are roadworthy. On 15 May 2016, while on a test drive of a race car, Mr Richards lost control of the car and crashed. Mr Richards suffered very serious physical injuries and was in the hospital for several months. Because of his injuries, Mr Richard was unable to attend to his duties as manager and the business started to suffer heavy losses. The business is not able to pay its debts and the creditors are demanding payment. Mr Richards is known to be a very wealthy person and the creditors want him to pay the debts of the business. Mrs Richards, his wife, is thinking of filing a claim for compensation for employers' liability for injuries suffered by Mr Richards claiming that her husband was an employee of the car business.
