Business public presentations

Question： Choose a local business you are familiar with or that you use (this could be on campus, a restaurant, tourist site, hairdresser, shop, coffee shop, bookshop, etc.) Consider how the business / company presents itself to the public. This can be done by looking at its layout and decor, any printed materials it produces, the language and terminology used to describe its products or services, promotional materials including adverts, leaflets, publicity materials, logo and branding, etc. You will need to provide visual evidence of these (eg a photograph or copies of the materials). Write a 1,000-word report which evaluates the business in terms of evidence of its intercultural awareness. Consider if and how the company considers its consumers / users from an intercultural perspective and where there may be areas to improve on
