Business SWOT Analysis

        Select an organization, It can be a business, a non-profit organization, church, sports team, anything. Draw on experience with the organization, as well as find at least 2 articles/stories related to it. The more that the article discusses an organization, the more you can draw on it. Conduct a SWOT analysis based on information from the articles and any other information gained. Please include links to the articles as well. You may wish to use bullet points for this exercise. Just be sure to explain deep enough for proper understanding of every point. Strengths: What are their advantages? What do they do well? Weaknesses: What could they improve? What do they do badly? Opportunities: Where are the good opportunities facing them? What are the interesting trends they could take advantage of? Threats: What obstacles do they face? What is their competition doing?
