Call centre structure, products and legislations for employees

A number of new recruits have recently been employed by an organisation you are familiar with. If you are not familiar with a contact centre you can complete this project based on an imaginary organisation. You have been asked to give them an introduction to the industry and to the work they will be doing in the organisation. Although the presentation you make will be verbal, you need to support it with written documentation outlining all the aspects of the operation that you would cover in your speech.
