    Canada and the US has an ecological boundary for its community because they want the communities to stay safe, live better and create new ways/techniques to reduce severe damages to our climates, oceans, lands. Each states in Canada can work together in order to be able to have safer energy, fight climate change, reinforce environmental policies, emission reduction,etc. Is this statement true or false?
