The portfolio assesses that you have achieved all the module’s learning outcomes, that is, that you can:
Evaluate the dissertation process and your growth as a researcher, as components of your professional development;
Critically reflect upon the process of effective working in multi-cultural teams, the development of transferable skills in team-working and your own role within teams;
Develop and implement a career management strategy to maximise your own skills and experience as you transition into the workplace;
Produce an evidence-based professional skills portfolio to show competence development and application, and an ability to articulate your transferable skills to employers.
