Case Management Models in Practice

Compare and contrast any two models of case management. Discuss the two models by: o Describing each of the models through independent research o Students are expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of case management in general and the key points of similarity and dissimilarity of the two models in particular o Analysing the underpinning ideologies and theoretical perspectives of each of the two models o Students are expected to draw on relevant frameworks and evidence-base. Required and recommended readings are a starting point only. o Examining how the two models maybe operationalised in the human services context o Students are expected to comment on the suitability of the two models in specific contexts (between two and three) such as disability services, mental health and so on by drawing on current research
