  Order Description   You are require to choose one (1) of the case studies available and answer the associated questions below. In relation to your chosen patient: • Discuss the aetiology and pathophysiology of the patient’s presenting condition. • Critically discuss the pathophysiology of the patient’s post-operative deterioration. Outline and justify appropriate nursing management and interventions in order of priority. • Identify three (3) key member(s) of the multidisciplinary group (MDT), (not including primary medical and nursing group members), who would be involved in preparing the patient for discharge and provide justification for their involvement.
