Case study on service users

        Write about a service user (preferable a patient admitted in the neurology ward) please use Patient A while referring to the service user, talk about when he came for admission and why? the status of the patient, the nursing assessment of the patient, current care plan etc... Mostly this case study needs to: • Demonstrate how the essential skills clusters have been met with the chosen service user. • Describe the professional responsibility of the nurse in relation to vulnerability and safeguarding the chosen service user • Identify and explain the relevant theory in relation to delivering safe and appropriate care for the chosen service user.
