Change Assessment

At the end of the semester you will write a 3-5 page paper on your individual change assessment results. You
will explain the results of your assessment scores, possible reasons for change, ideas learned from the course,
and application to you of these ideas. Talk also about how others may positively or negatively affect your ability
to change. Make sure that you specify what you have learned from the Addictive Thinking readings that may
have assisted you in your change process. Also, cites from readings that justify what you have learned are
good. Tie all of this back into addictive thinking and what you have reflected on about that through the
semester.
•Take the change assessment again by April 10th. You will use these results in your final reflection paper. The
link is in this week’s module and on the course home page.
