Change in your organization

  Change may come from many areas. Types of changes an organization might encounter are improvement –student achievement or product management, organizational re-organization, personnel management, new laws or regulations to be implemented, and new uses of technology.   Determine a needed change in your organization or an organization you are familiar with.   · Define the problem.   · Explain how the problem warrants a change in the organization   · Determine what data might be used to define and solve the problem.   · Explain how the data could be used to approach the change.   · What leadership approach would work best?
