Communication Issues Meeting Scenario #1: Communication Issues One of the first discussions the team must have is to assess the current situation with regard to communication breakdowns among existing offices. The purpose of this meeting is to generate a list of communication issues and then to identify the top 5 that are having the most negative effect on the company’s ability to expand globally.
