      Section 1: Provide a background discussion of the most pressing health problem in this community using a minimum of five contemporary and relevant peer-review research papers. (750 words Section 2: Propose ONE solution/strategy to alleviate the identified health problem in this community. Use a strategy that is not an already existing strategy or government campaign.
