Community Homeless Prevention Initiative

    Consider the benefits and costs (or, if you prefer, the pros and cons) of a public initiative in Canada. Topic that is under the jurisdiction of any of the three levels of government (municipal, provincial, or federal). Consider a policy, grant, program, or initiative that is interesting to you as an individual. You will be investigating the topic quite thoroughly so it needs to be something you will be deeply interested in. The paper should be ten (10) to twelve (12) pages, double spaced with 12pt. font and standard margins. Please use Chicago style (with endnotes) for references.
