company under examination, define HRM in your
own words, and illustrate which strategies have been
implemented by the chosen organization that proves the international mindset. (300 Words)
At Step-2, analyze (take apart and examine
in-depth) a set of HRM activities as they are aligned with the different
HRM functions in the particular workplace. Remember to present a well-analyzed
section and not only a list of HRM activities. It is recommendable to present a
classification of the chosen organization´s HRM activities from the least
important to the most important, if this is feasible, based on the newly
acquired knowledge from the course. Please, avoid any generalizations.
