The two selected countries should be from different geographical regions. You can either use some standards evaluation frameworks such as Steudler’s Land Administration Systems Evaluation Framework (Policy level, Management Level, Operational Level, External Factors, etc.), Cadastre 2014 document (Six statements from Cadastre 2014 report), Cadastre Template, Grus’s Multi-view SDI Assessment Framework or use your own evaluation criteria. You will need to justify your methodology for evaluation regardless of criteria. Open and creative analysis is encouraged. The total length of your report should be a minimum of 2000 words to a maximum of 3000 words.
