Comparing Venues

For this third assignment, you will be describing, comparing, and contrasting the differences between

hotel venues and convention center venues, by addressing the following points:

1. Give a complete list of the services each venue type provides to event planners.
2. Discuss how the two types of venues are similar and how they differ.
3. Explain how each venue type charges for the services provided.
4. Explain the main profit centers for each of the venue types.
5. Discuss other external services (A/V, F&B, GSCs, etc.) on which each venue type might rely.
