Complexity and Network Thinking Order Description   Draw on your experience and existing literature to develop a critical perspective on the way in which the trajectories of change programmes emerge and evolve. Drawing on concepts from this module, write a paper that: i) critically analyses the trajectory of a specific project or transformational change program that you have been (or currently are) involved in; ii) reflects on whether (and if so, how) things could have been done differently in order to achieve more desirable outcomes; iii) discusses what can be learnt from the experience going forward. The paper should be written with reference to the existing literature dealing with this type of change process.
