You are required to identify and observe real conflicts  and negotiations this week with the knowledge learned from weeks 1-4. The conflicts and negotiations can be any kind, within family, in and between organizations, domestic or international happening around you or reported by the media.  The easy method is to select several concepts, categories and techniques of conflicts  and negotiations presented and discussed during weeks 1-4.
Remember to:

Clearly define and synthesize conflict and negotiation concepts and principles–avoid using irrelevant comments and the information.
Provide background research into the problem; state the problem clearly; justify the study; explain the significance of the problem to an audience of non-specialists.
Provide examples (personal or professional) that tie in conflict and negotiation concepts and principles.
Present precise and orderly explanation of findings in conjunction with the research despite personal opinions and ideas. Provides at least the minimum written content in accordance with assignment instructions.
Restate the reason for the paper. Clearly and precisely articulate and summarize findings and outcomes in accordance with the research; regardless of personal views or opinion.
Write 1-2 pages minimum, not including the cover and source pages.
Utilize APA/format; include at least two sources.
Sources should be properly listed in the source section and properly included within text.
