Conflict Mediation Order Description Choose a political conflict which involves a third party as a mediator/arbitrator. Explain what were the interests and incentives of the sides in the conflict to involve the third party in it, and what were the incentives of the third party to get involved. Name at least three interests for each side (nine altogether). The paper has to be based on at least two academic articles dealing with the chosen conflict. The articles don’t have to discuss the incentives of the sides, but serve as background for your analysis of them. Papers should be written in English; Format: Font 12, Times New Roman; interval – 1.5; 1 inch margins (sides, top and bottom). Length: not more than 2 pages; References: Referring to the theoretical concepts and arguments, use footnote citations. Citation format – MLA. Please, mention the number of a page you are referring to at the end of each footnote.
