Conformity and Influential Factors

  Provide evidence for your initial conclusions about innovation by considering the innovations discussed in “Innovators Among Us: How UW Faculty Are Enhancing Teaching With Technology” in the module resources. Identify one example to predict what influence conformity and internal and external factors have on innovation. Reflect on which is better, internal or external forces, for initiating the change. Why?
