Consideration on filling the lawsuit

  Assume that you are in Washington and you get into a car accident with someone from Oregon. Both of you want to sue each other. Explain everything both 1) you and 2) the other driver must consider just to file the lawsuit before any pretrial matters can start. Make sure that you clearly and precisely identify each and every step we have covered in class. Also discuss what you might do through ADR.
