  Order Description   ‘Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA) imposes connected lender liability on credit card providers. Times have changed since the CCA came into force in and this can no longer be justified. The time has come to remove s75 CCA protection from credit cards’. Critically assess this statement.
