This is the group work and my part is question 2 of the seminar (attached)
2) Review the example Contract awarded as a result of a successful proposal submitted to the
example RFP referred to in Question 1 (22 marks):
a. What kind of contract is this? (2 marks)
b. Review the terms and conditions in this contract (Schedule A). Are there any items in
the terms and conditions that are specific to this particular contract, or do they all
appear to be based on the client’s standard contract? (3 marks)
c. Which clauses pertain to reducing risk for the owner (promoter), and how? (12 marks)
d. What parts of this contract pertain to ensuring quality, and how? (5 marks)
