Conventional norms of workplace

  Question 1: How would you feel and respond if you were the new graduate nurse in the case study? Question 2: What would be the best way to address the more seasoned nurse? Incivility can be defined as "the exchange of seemingly inconsequential inconsiderate words and deeds that violate conventional norms of workplace conduct". Based on this definition answer each of the following questions: Question 3: In what ways does incivility present itself in the medical field?
