  Case studies: We have two case studies here - about two major operating system providers who are also heavily involved in business-to-business services. So the topics for discussion are: (a) What is the difference between the two approaches in the cases? (b) What are the core 'information management' issues that arise in each of the cases? In parallel to the class discussion around the cases it would be interesting to know how many of you are using either one or the other (both? none?) in your corporate or personal environment.
