Criminal Justice Paper details: the paper is a minimum of six pages but no more than eight. In section two I am looking for your identify your legacy, but also to research what others have identified as best practices, and what they did to help accomplish this goal. I would like the paper to incorporate that I worked for a 65 man department in Illinois that, and over the years it has endured several regime changes that has left the department without a clear focus on the future, and part of my legacy would be to put in place a succession plan that will hopefully stabilize management
