Usually data processing can be associated with doing specific actions on a set or a database. Databases are usually defined as organized collection of facts of information dealing with things like, inventory, employee history, potential customers that would be interested in their company, trends, and acting customers already that gave put money into the company. You want to have data organization because it is vital to the success and usefulness of all the data obtained. Not only does it make things easier to catch up front but it allows the organization data to be a direct reflection of the businesses operation and trends. It gives a clear view of what works and what doesn’t. Content and access are things that should vitally considered when dealing with database. Content itself gives you and idea of what exactly data you will be collecting. The access of the project goes in refers to user data that is provided when it’s necessary or feasible. The order of the project or arrangement falls into the logical realm. The placement of the data points fall into the physical structure of the project for its location. Data models are often used to show the ties and relationships amongst data and is common within database designers. To fully grasp the concept of data modeling you have to have a background knowledge in the business world most of the time. The practices in the business world can usually mirrored into this world as well. Generally speaking business processes are the baseline and playing field, where a set of activities and tasks are assigned and completed to allow the project to meet and exceed the organizations overall goal. Business processes do not have to stay linked to a single task, for they can be multiple tasks at once which ultimately will end up in the delivery service to please a customer.
