Death Penalty

Define, explain, and give examples of the Death Penalty Policies and determine their morality or immorality by applying an ethical theory. Students should review the ethical theory, provide an analysis of the chosen policy/program, and address what changes are needed to make a current policy or practice an ethical one according to ethical theory. The paper will be between 4 and 6 pages in length, using APA style of referencing and formatted as follows: Introduction paragraph: i) Identifies your subject. ii) Identifies the purpose of your paper. iii) Describes how you organized your paper. iv) Do not include any background information or quotes in the introduction paragraph. Correct grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, spelling, citation, and attribution of source material are mandatory and will be graded accordingly. Content, style, organization, coherent development, and expression of ideas will be judged. You may use the writing center during the development of the paper. Wikipedia and class text are not acceptable sources.
