Defining success

    A number of youths in the community are dropping out of school. This has caused an increase in calls for service for family disputes, noise complaints, cause disturbance, public intoxication, mischief to property, and shoplifting. You are the community officer. How can you manage this situation? How would you define ‘success’ (think Specific, Concrete, Reasonable, Attainable, Measurable results)?
