Read the sample project “Design of a Multifunction Pen” PDF (password to open is GENG107) then write a
two-page analysis, as a critique, on each the following:
• The Abstract
• The Introduction
• Identifying Constraints and Criteria for Success (The Properties, Weight, and Justification, step 3, page 6 of
the report).
• Analysis of Each Potential Solution (Step 5, page 14 to 15 of the report).
• The conclusions (page 16 of the report).
• The format of the report.
Note:
- Two pages: ( Line: single spacing, Font: 12 Times New Roman)
- Search the net of “what should be included in Abstract, Introduction, Conclusions in an engineering project”
then compare with the report. - You can discuss the report with your group but each student writes her own reflection (do not copy from each
other).
