Communications Management Plan –Upload a communications plan that details how you are going to
communicate project information to stakeholders, and what information you plan to share via the various
communications methods. A template is provided; however, the instructor will be flexible in how you define your
communications plan.
Upload your Quality Management Plan for a specific area within your project by Sunday at midnight.
Please provide detail about what you are going to measure for quality. The plan must include the following
information about the area:
a. What are the criteria you will use to determine quality?
b. How often will you check the quality of that area?
c. What is/are the means by which you will grade the quality of the area? In other words, will there be a
threshold which that area must pass in order to be considered good ‘quality’?
d. How do you plan to communicate quality issues you find?
