Development and Investment

Development and Investment a third year real estate student and one of my modules is development and investment appraisal. for this course i will need to go through the attached document (development and investment appraisal cw) and produce a document that specialises in the "development risks" for example: financial risks, planning risks, market risks, construction risk (principle designer responsible, risk assessment to minimize risk, may cost some money though) contamination, weather, access, community, poor project manager, fir ecc.
