Disaster Report For Hurricane

  Description         A hurricane has just passed through a developing, small island country that has areas of high population densities. The country is devastated; homes are flattened and surrounded by or are under standing water. There is no clean running water available; roads are blocked and unable to accommodate vehicular traffic.
