Discussion 1- In the most rigorous studies of the frequency of sexual harassment, about 45% of women & about 15% of men report being harassed at work. Why do you think there is such a discrepancy? 2- What action should a manager take if an employee says they are offended by racist or ethnic jokes? Or do people need to just get a sense of humor? thank you
