Discussion Topic: In Chapter 14, the authors organizational structure of a business  serve to stifle cross-functional processes, authority and responsibility are typically aligned to functional work.   determine  the structure is or was process driven or function driven. Do  this structure stifles cross-functional collaboration? Discuss recommendation for a different structure to improve collaboration in that organization.
