My idea for my dissemination plan is to create a mandatory telehealth program that is easy, accessible, a short-term educational program for families that have adolescents with bipolar disorder and patients at risk or that have a diagnosis of Bipolar disorder. These families will be educated on the long-term risks of BD and the importance of medication compliance. | need to tie in how | will disseminate Systematic Review findings (poster at a conference and publication in a journal). How you will disseminate QI project to stakeholders etc.
