You are a consultant for the business 'CSU eCommerce Consulting Services'. It is your role within the company to respond to customers that have lodged an eCommerce query that requires action. You are to write a professional business style email response to the following client. The email must be clearly communicated and add value to the clients business. A response template is provided under 'Presentation' below. In your response you need to analyse the technology and business needs for the scenario and develop a customer focused plan that articulate the problems you identify and evaluate in your research for an actionable plan for the client.
