Early- or mid-twentieth-century popular periodical

      Read several issues of an early- or mid-twentieth-century popular periodical (published between 1910 and 1970; and not a newspaper), available in Louisville or through UofL databases, containing information/advice to parents, and write an essay (5-7 pages) in which you analyze the periodical in terms of its time. A 'popular' periodical is one meant for the general public.
