    Order Description   What are the declared purposes of your educational organisation? What are the hidden purposes of your organisation? Does your educational organisation whether it be an early years children's centre, a primary or secondary school, a trade training centre or even a university, proclaim education for individual social mobility, or education to address the economic productivity of the nation state or even your own organisation's bottom line, or is it there to offer an education that builds social cohesion and good citizenship for a fairer society? How are these purposes enacted in your organisation and which ones are given greater priority? How do they manifest in pedagogical practices to teach both the official curriculum and the hidden curriculum. How do these purposes manifest in organisational design- the architecture, the time for and processes endemic to professional learning, to how teachers teach and how students learn, to how power is shared or distributed, to student and teacher/lecturer voice within schooling or university life? These are just some of the questions all educators (leaders and leader teachers) need to ponder
