Effective communication between individuals from the two countries

  Provide at least two additional suggestions (beyond those provided in your colleague’s posting) for effective communication between individuals from the two countries your colleague posted, and be sure to provide a rationale for your ideas. Highlight at least one significant difference between the cultural dimensions of one of the countries chosen by your colleague and one of the countries you chose and provide an example of how you might communicate the same message differently between those two countries. Share an insight you gained from your colleague’s analysis, including how this insight will help you be a more effective communicator, manager, leader, and/or agent of positive social change.
