      Using the organization you selected in Unit 1, define the roles and culture in that organization. Write a minimum 2 page paper that answers the following questions: a. What were the various roles in the organization? b. What was the organizations culture? c. In your view and based on this week’s materials, how could the culture have changed for the better?
